This 12-month, full-time program takes place on our campus in Amiens, France. The school, located in a former bishop’s palace dating back to the 1600’s, overlooks a vast tree-filled park, an unparalleled physical and historical setting overshadowed by the tallest and most voluminous cathedral in France. It is ideally located in the center of town and on the edge of the popular student area of Saint-Leu packed with restaurants, bars and entertainment.
The ESC Amiens MBA in International Business Strategy (IBS) is fully taught in English by our permanent and visiting professors and industry professionals with diverse international experience, most whose native language is English.
Participants, continuing their university studies or already possessing professional experience, come from all over the world, creating a diverse multicultural campus.
Our MBA in International Business Strategy concentrates heavily on a course program which will enable the participant to be immediately operational, ready to get out into the field and achieve what needs to be done to obtain the goals of their organization in terms of its international strategy.
The program is divided into two parts:
Phase 1 : September to February (Classroom)
Phase 2 : March to August (Internship in France or abroad)
Students are expected to submit an individual applied research dissertation as well as present a major interdisciplinary team project prepared together with other MBA program participants (Finance, Webmarketing, International Purchasing and Logistics, and Project Management ) at the end of the program.
International Business are the key words for this Top Quality training, developing skills in international trade and negotiation, business intelligence, international marketing and management, and expertise in American, Asian and other emerging markets.
CAREER CENTER: As well as assisting students in their search for an internship, the MBA can also be followed part-time as a sandwich training / work placement provided that a suitable company accepts to participate in the program. A personalized approach is taken to meet the specific needs of MBA participants.
FRENCH COURSES: international students can choose a variety of courses available in the Department of Language and Culture, as well as participate in the program “Tandem” which pairs up French and foreign students to aid each other in progressing in the others’ language learning.
WHO CAN APPLY?:
Applicants must have graduated from a recognized university, business or engineering school and have completed a four year post-secondary degree, whatever their background. The program also provides admission through credit-equivalency for work experience (for example, an applicant with a 3-year degree and 3 years work experience may apply for the MBA2).
