“Understanding dynamic processes in the luxury industry in order to manage opportunities”.

In an increasingly demanding global environment, the luxury sector has changed fundamentally: new business models, more sustainable or pure players, emerging markets and relocations, multi-brand groups challenged by new start-ups, digitalization and new client behaviours etc., value chains have been modified with vertical and/or horizontal integration.

In order to continuously create value, luxury organizations have to adopt strong and dynamic strategies. They have to adapt their business models in order to retain key resources and competencies and deliver value through all of their processes. 

We created this dual master’s degree program to allow talented students and future managers to understand, and succeed in, the global luxury business.

The courses in luxury management and digitalization, business model, retail, branding, innovation and strategic thinking provided by academic and professional experts will prepare students to successfully enter the industry and go on to have rewarding, international careers.
